Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience?
No. You get clear instructions and training on your first shift.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No — you don't need to speak Dutch. Many of our team members don't. You'll get clear instructions in English and work in an international team, so non-Dutch speakers are very welcome.
How does payment work?
You're paid every 4 weeks — that's 13 pay runs a year, clear and on time.
What kind of work will I do?
You count stock in shops accurately with our scanning equipment.
How quickly can I start?
Often within 7 days of applying.
What are the working hours?
Around 95% of the work takes place in the evening, when the stores are closed. The occasional day shift comes up too.
Do I need my own transport?
No. RGIS provides its own transport whenever it's needed.
Can I earn more or grow within RGIS?
Yes. Counting fast and accurately is rewarded with performance bonuses, and many of our counters grow into team leader roles over time.
